Question for scene kids/scene fashion?

i know about the scene style.. on my 1st day of school.. i have tons of t shirts.. but im not fat.. but i feel uncomfortable in just a t shirt…
and i have a skater hoodie.. but idw be covered up in that all day…
basically, my question is should i just go with t shrit/ t shrit and hoodie and get over my fear.. orrr
should i wear a flowy top from like forever 21.. its just becoming soo preppy and i dont represent that

well i think if you feel more comfortable in the flowy top, then just get one in a darker color, or a more scene design.

does it really matter?
scene is usually about the HAIR.
i’d say the flowy top
but if your more comfortable with the shirt/hoodie.
then wear it.

‘Scene’ kids cn wear a flowy top IF they wear like hightops, flats, convos, etc with it.
You should wear the tshirt and hoodie =]

i get what your saying, you don’t want to break the mold (scene style) you’re super associated with.
Personally , I wouldn’t freak too much about it.
Go with the forever 21 shirt, (unless its covered in sequins and fluff) they really have quite a diverse style (no one will think your a prep for shopping there…now abercrombie and fitch is another story… )
and i find keeping people guessing what your next outfit is gonna be rather fun. =]

Well, if flowy tops just aren’t you style, then don’t wear them, cuz preps at your school are going to call you a poser.
Face your fear and use t-shirts.
If your still uncomfy with that, you can always use a tank top underneith, and that way it’ll feel more covered up than just a tee.
